Watermelon Juice – Easiest and Nutritious Beverage to Make Yourself
You NOLY need a blender and a kitchen knife.
How to:
- Wash the watermelon
- Cut it up to smaller pieces. We want the red flesh part and some white part as well. The watermelon skin is very nutritious.
- Put the watermelon in the blender and let it do the job.
- Squeeze some lime juice in it. Pour and enjoy! Although Lime is optional but I would strongly suggest to use it as the flavor becomes better.
Here is some approximation math.
A large watermelon cost around $6.00 – $8.00 each these days in US. It yields 10 to 14 glasses of 16-ounce of watermelon juice. So it costs about $0.50 cents per glass with limes. If I would buy it from a smoothie shop, it costs me around $5-$6 per glass or more. That’s why I never order watermelon juice from any restaurants and smoothie stores.
You can try it yourself and keep your money!

Receipt:
1) 2 tablespoons of extra virgin oil
2) 2 tablespoons of chicken broth
3) Salt and pepper to taste
Mix the vegetables well.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Roast vegetables for 45 minutes. Let it sit for 10 minutes and serve with salmon, chicken or just roasted vegetables alone. One of my family’s favorite.

Winter Tea
( the season for hot tea)
1) 2 cups of water,
2) 4-5 slices of fresh ginger
3) 1 inch of sliced fresh turmeric
4) 8-10 dried Goji berries

5) 1 cinnamon stick
6) 3 dried Dates
7) a pinch of black pepper
8 a little optional raw honey
Place ingredients 1-7 in a pot and cook until boiling. Turn off flame and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Use a stringer, pour tea into a glass mug. You will see the golden color and enjoy it.
I Drink it on a daily basis and it’s great for antioxidants, anti-inflammation, immunity boosting.

You can turn the roast chicken into 2 meals. Time is hard, money is tight. But this roast chicken is a good way to make delicious meals without breaking your bank.

Homemade bone broth with real gelatin see recipe below:
- Debone the chicken and save the bones and skins. Put them in a large pot,




- add 8 cups / 2 quarts of water,
- Add 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 quartered onion
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (Important)
- Boil it for 1-3 hours.
Chicken Noodle Soup see recipe below:
- 1 medium onion peel and cut into cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic cut into small pieces
- 2 Roma tomatoes cut into small pieces
- large carrot peel and cut into small cubes
- 3-4 stocks celery cut into cubes
- 6 large mushrooms of choice, cut into cubes
- Use half of the rotisserie chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 cups of cooked pasta of choice Use a pot add some cooking oil, when it’s hot add garlic, onions and tomatoes, sauté until fragrant.
- Method
- Add the remaining vegetables and continue sautéing until soft.
- Add chicken bone broth you just made, until desired consistency
- Add chicken meat
- Cook for 45 minutes
- Add pasta or noodles to the chicken soup, cook for 10 minutes.
- Done and enjoy!

Save the other half of the chicken meat for chicken salad. It is so delicious and you can’t stop eating.
